If you should place an order by phone, we will make every effort to send the product on the same day. If leaving a message does not work for you, feel free to order online.

Email your order to info@tungoilfinish.com. Please put “Order” in the subject line as those emails are directed to our ordering processing department for immediate handling.

We will confirm your order via email. If you have not received any email order confirmation from us within 24 hours Monday-Friday, please call us at 800-322-1245 to inquire about the status of your order. At times, we simply don’t receive your email.
